saysay boutique will exchange or refund purchased items within 21 days of the orders ship date. Items must be in unworn condition along with the original tags and receipt. Please indicate on the receipt the reason for the return or exchange.  We will process the refund once the items have been received.  Please note  if you would like to receive a refund or credit.  Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item back to saysay boutique.  Please note that if we made a mistake we will be happy to refund you the shipping along with amount of your original purchase.  All sale items purchased on-line are a final sale.
